Netflow V9 not working

We have setup a Netflow V9 probe/sensor. We have it set for port: 2055

We know the packets are flowing to the server which is a VM, because we used netflowtest.exe, but the information is not going into PRTG Network Monitor. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remedy this.

Installed versions: Probe Service: V13.1.2.1463 Server Administration Tool: V13.1.2.1463 Probe Administration Tool: V13.1.2.1463

hello,

the sensor in PRTG is configured correctly?

what is the active flow timeout set to? From which device are you receiving Netflow data?

can you send the information from the Netflow Tester to

[email protected]?
