I want to allow AD users to login, but their device list is empty. Is there a way for me to copy the device list for each user from the main admin account?

Hi,
by default a newly created user with no administrative permissions does not see anything. You will have to set the permissions explicitly. Just go to any sensor/device/group you want the user grant access to. There switch to tab Settings and remove the tick from Access Rights. There set the permissions for this object. Now when logging in with one of the users you should see the objects you granted access to. For further details, see the manual on this topic.
Best regards
