SNMP error on ASA

hello. i recently installed a remote probe in one of me sites and i was able to add the local switch to monitor SNMP traffic but when i try to add my Cisco ASA 5520 it gives the snmp error 2003, in my local probe i have the same ASA and it works fine.

i ran the snmp tester from the remote probe PC and it works just fine. so i dont understand why the remote probe cant connect to the firewall. i use same community for both devices.

please check the SNMP settings for the device in PRTG.

SNMP version and community.

should be the same as what you used in the tester.
