Restful XML/HTTP - value with comma

Votes:

Hi! I want to read a value via the Restful XML/HTTP interface. The value I recieve back is seperated with comma "," (Example 25,5). PRTG says: "Node LastValue holds value 25,5" but does not register the value in the database, it register "0" instead. This happens becouse of the comma. If I use the "Characters to Remove" and set it to "," everything works good, but then I have a to big value in the database.

Is it a way round this? I can't change/affect the XML value to include "." instead of "," (out of my control).

Best Regards Anders Jansson

Hi,
is the XML you are parsing available public? If so, please send a link and also a screenshot of your sensor settings to [email protected].
Please refer to this case in your email.
Best regards
