Same problem. Global Geo Map (MapQuest (recommended)) dosen't show any of my devices on the map, but in geo map for each device it show location only one device. Is there any limitation for Global Geo Map? I have more than 100 devices. (PRTG Network Monitor 14.3.11.2953 x64) update just now.

Hello,

can you please try another Map Provider for a test? Also can you please try restarting the PRTG Core Service? Does the PRTG Server Host machine have access to the internet?

best regards.

Try all Map Provider and restart Core several times, work only with Google Static, but we need to use dynamic map, so for us this not an option. It work about month ago with MapQuest. On PRTG Status I see: Geo maps(mapquest.roadmap) 276 (891/24h) Geo maps(mapquest.roadmap) 1846 (5960/24h) but on map nothing show.

Ok, I find my problem. I have GPS coordinates with {...} on one device and when I remove {}, all devices show on Global Map. So my mistake.

the problem was that in the "Device Name" used "\" character After removing it - everything was good. As well there are problems with the display card if in the Location (for geo maps) to write the name and IP
