I already checked this page: https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/1073-what-are-the-most-common-errors-when-monitoring-wmi

I have a really strange problem with Windows system availability sensor. Every 14 minutes, it returns the following error: 800706BA: RPC Server Is Unavailable.

2 minutes later, it returns OK status.

Have you already seen this?

Hi Fanjo,

RPC uses dynamic port allocation - read here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/154596/

firewall - try this: netsh firewall set service REMOTEADMIN enable

orphaned DNS records - try this: ipconfig /flushdns

Hi Martin,

I will take a look at that.

But there is another strange thing: windows system availability sensor is configured on a second computer of my network, and it works fine on it.

Thanks for your help!
