Changing Windows Update Status to look at WSUS

Votes:

0

Hello, We are having an issue with our Windows Update Status Sensors. All of our servers are set to be updated via WSUS. but our Windows Update Status sensors are looking at Microsoft to see if updates are applied instead of our WSUS server. I read in the PRTG manual that this sensor can be pointed to the WSUS server, but I don't see where/how I can adjust this setting. Where is this adjustment located and how do I adjust it? Thanks

Jeremy

Dear Jeremy

If the computer you monitor is configured to receive updates via your WSUS server, the sensor shows the update status according to the WSUS server.

Thanks you. I am going back to verify that I have made the correct adjustments to customize the Update alerts.
