I want to add sensor which the sensor calculate the percentage of the bandwith and if the bandwith upper than % 80 ,it will give alert to me.

Hi, you can use the SNMP Traffic Sensor here and then configure the same to show percentages instead of absolute values. Afterwards simply set up warning/error limits. Both can be done in the Sensor Channel Settings.
