How do I change email address associated with my account here on Paessler?

Last year my old box purchased PRTG Enterprise 500 under his name and my email address. This year the new boss renewed using his name email address. He never created an account here until 2 months later and now I can't get to my updates and neither can he!

I am Shelly and I logged in here using my email address which IS associated with the original version we purchased here but it still says I am expired.

How can I get this straightened out?
