Hi, I setup a Netflow v9 sensor. Data is coming in, as per the Live Data graph. However, the Top Lists graphs are empty (white) - nothing is shown. Please assist. Thanks.

Hi Jürgen,

What actual PRTG version are you using?

Hello Stephan,

it is 17.1.29.1427 x64. Cannot upgrade to the latest version, waiting for my customer to renew the PRTG maintenance.

Danke. Mfg, Jürgen

Hi Jürgen,

Ah okay - not sure if an update would resolve it with this version already being installed (as we fixed nothing regarding the toplists). Does the problem persist if the sensor is added again, with the old one being paused?

Hell Stephan,

that's what I tried: Paused the old one, created new one. No change, still no top list graphs.

Hi Jürgen,

I was mistaken - there was a bug that caused toplist data corruption in the version the customer is using. It was fixed in 17.2.30.1767, so it should be gone when recreating the sensor after the update.

Unfortunately, the databases are lost and cannot be recovered due to the bug. Sorry! :(
