httpsensor - Possible or not to link URL on one public IP ?

Votes:

0

Hi,

I have 3 public IPs that are clustered, on which there are several sites (aaa.society.com / bbb.society.com / ccc ...)

I would like to configure a sensor for each site that tells me if the external link is functional. But I would like to do it by forcing the sensor to use a single IP. And so make 3 sensors for a site to have each sensor on each IP.

So to know if one of the 3 public IPs is out of service and able to switch to another IP.

For the moment, I use the "httpsensor" but I cann't choise the IP.

Thx a lot for help !

Dear Bratak,

I am not sure if I understand the problem correctly. Perhaps you could use three HTTP sensors and use the IP in the URL instead of the name. Otherwise there is no way to select an IP for the HTTP sensor.
