Problem with account registered in prtg

A customer inserted his credentials in some sensor / device in the prtg, and after a while he changed the password in the Active directory, and this is causing an error in his account, where can I find the customer's registration? because there are more than 3 thousand sensors

Hey there,

I'm not sure what you need here. If wrong credentials are applied, you should get an error message on the according sensors.

If you want to check on which object this user is configured, you can use the following script to get this accordingly:
