Remote probe install stuck on Npcap

Hi all,

I've seen various post about this, but has not the outcome i'm looking for.

My problem: Ive a VM for the PRTG remote probe, but this server also runs other apps. Wich uses WinCap/Npcap wich is already installed. So during the install it is stuck on installing wincap.

Is there a way to install the probe without? of another resolution?

npcap probe remote-probe remote-probe-install

To prevent the installation of Npcap, I invite you to have a look at this KB article: https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/87864-how-can-i-disable-the-installation-of-npcap-before-updating-or-installing-prtg
