Hi!! recently we modified snmpv3 users and its needed to make this change for devices under monitoring in prtg probes, but we got this error for prtg version 20.3. We have tried restarting probes but not all the time it works. Is there any workaround o real solution for this ¿?

Please restart the Probe Service under which you have added the sensors. It can happen that certain changes to the SNMP Credentials result in hanging SNMP Connections, which can lead to the -2011 error message. We experience this issue especially with SNMP V3. If the issue persists, after the restart of your Probe, kindly have a look here: https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/46863
