Hello,

There have been some minor changes to the sensor in the latest version. You can read about the changes in our release notes.

Have you also tried to recreate the sensor?

Kind regards,

Unfortunately, a recreation of the sensor does not bring any positive change

In that case we would need to take a closer look at the sensor. I would recommend that you open a support ticket for this issue.
It would be good if you include some screenshots of the sensor with the description of the issue (Overview, Log and Settings tab of the sensor).
You can open a ticket by writing us a email at [email protected]

Hello Thomas,

We had a look at your case, and found out that the error is caused by a unknown state that the sensor receives (Postprocessing). Our developers will investigate this, and develop a fix for the sensor, at the moment we do not yet have a release date for it.
