PTF SensorStatus Custom Sensor - Monitor Unknown Statuses

Votes:

0

Hi there,

anyone using the custom sensor: PTF SensorStatus? Would like to monitor if a PRTG instance has suddendly a lot of unknown sensors. ( Happens with one of our clients, seems the instance is scaled badly and PRTG turns all sensors to unknown to fix it we have to restart the service, therefore we would like to monitor it so we can react faster)

In the default mode: -s= Optional, comma seperated list of statuses to monitor (default=7,12,13 'Paused by user', 'Paused "until' and 'Down Acknowledged'.

Tried it as in the usage example with " [-s=9] to try and find out which number is unkown, but I only get the following answer when trying to change the status number: 0:Ok

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Greetings Peter
