Cisco configuration backup

Hello,

i would like to automatically save cisco device configuration on a scheduled basis. I know it can be done using cisco devices themself (archive command/kron) but i would like to use PRTG, just because i have around 100 devices alredy monitored and manually update each configuration is going to be too long and prone to mistake/missing devices atc.

How can i achieve that ?

Is there a pre-built sensor I'm missing? Creating a custom one ?

All my devices are alredy configured for snmp

Thanks for your help Stefano Rossi

PS: runnig last version of prtg

cisco configration-backup snmp

Hello,

I'm afraid this cannot be done with PRTGs inbuilt sensors. Maybe you can use a Custom Script running as an Exe sensor to do this.

best regards.
