We monitors both Cisco and Zyxel switches. On Zyxel switches (ex MES2110) all SNMP Traffic values shows with wrong units. If I compare traffic that goes thru both a Cisco and a Zyxel switch, the value shown from the Zyxel switch is 1000 times lower. F.eks 0,2kbit/s on the Zyxel and 200kbit/s on the Cisco. Is this an error in PRTG or the Zyxel switch?

Clarification: When working with sensors that handle units internally, the only required action to change the displayed unit is to change the Channel Unit Configuration. This can be done at Root, Probe, Group, Device or sometimes sensor level. Once configured at a "higher" level, the setting applies to all objects (sensors) below it).
The "scaling in the channel settings" is only available for channels with a custom unit where the option isn't available in the sensor's settings:
And lastly, when working with sensors like the "SNMP Custom Advanced" or other Exe/Script Advanced sensors, you can define the unit when creating/deploying the sensor. If you define a standard unit (bytesBanwdidth for instance, when monitoring octets (commonly used for traffic counters)) PRTG will do any conversions internally and display values exactly as defined by the channel unit configuration.
