Problem alerting rule

I have created an alerting rule for notify me when a server has a problem.

My rule is monitoring a computer's ping.

If the sensor is at least 20 seconds in not functional state, execute Email to the administrator. If the condition stops during at least 300 seconds, execute Email to the administrator and repeat every 10 minutes. If the condition is not valid any more, activate Email to the administrator.

Besides, in "notifications", i click the option "Send immedialtely the not functional messages and the O.K messages, and summarize the others".

However, i don't receive alerting rules on my mailbox inherent in my computer.

I'm adminsitrator of PTRG.
