we want prtg to operate graphs and time tables in 24 hour format instead of AM/PM. the server is configured to use 24 hour format.

that is on system settings. and the system is on 24 hour format.

yes it does, but every user now has to do this. not a great solution.

But it's a work-around. Unfortunately, there seem to be rare-cases where PRTG can't successfully discern the Date/Time/Regional System Settings on the Windows host it is running. We are using standard Windows API-Calls to do this, and if these fail, then it's likely something on the underlying Windows (Registry-Corruption or similar). It might help to move PRTG to a new host.
