OID on 3 com

Votes:

Hi there I'm new in the PRTG universe, and mainly working with "old" 3 com switches. I am facing issues when i try to request specific OID, like the cpu usage and the memory. the oid i found on the Web gave me no answer when entered in a custom snmp sensor. Traffic other oid seems to work properly. Has anyone faced this kind of situation with various 3com switches (i am aware that it may be more related to 3com than prtg, but i wanted to give it a a try here)?

Thank you!

3com mib oid

Hi,
please try scanning the switches with SNMP Tester for the specific OIDs. Do you get results there?
Best regards

Hi! Thanks for your quick answer, in fact, i get results when i use OID's I have discovered by using MIB browser : .1.3.6.1.4.1.43.45.1.6.1.1.1.3.65536 for exemple, but no description of the ID. I should find somewhere a list of these OID's, but my searchs didnt gave me a lot of results!
