I have added data tables to maps and after doing so, i cannot move it from the upper left corner, i cannot delete it. basically it is useless. Other map objects have the menu item that shows up on mouse over but not on data tables. how do i delete, move, change a data table?

Dear Brian,

which version of PRTG are you using? Which browser did you tried (did you by chance try another)? All map - objects, of course including data tables, have the menu to edit/delete/etc. a map object, and all have these buttons in all our test-systems.

Best Regards.

A Little Further Testing reveals that the issue only happens on existing maps. New maps created work just fine.

Dear Brian,

by 'older maps' do you mean maps which were created with PRTG 7?

Best Regards.

Dear Brian,

I'm afraid we can't reproduce the problem here with a map created with PRTG 7 and then upgraded to PRTG 8. Would you PRTG be accessible over the internet, so that we could have a look at it? If so, please send us the login-data to [email protected] with a link to this article.

Best Regards.
