We want to create custom sensor by using command line (or other means) and not with web interface.

NB : is it possible to write ask and reply in french ?

You can only create new sensors in the web-interface.

Is it possible to test the date of file creation for a file sensor ?

You can only check for "Last Modified" not for the creation date of a file.

Is it possible to test the name of file for a file sensor ?

e.g : xxxxx_CRJ.xls where xxxxxx will be date of the day.

File sensors of course need a file-name to monitor a certain file, but there are no further operations possible upon the filename, nor can wildcards be used.
