I already installed a network monitor 30 days trial version and configured router Cisco 2625 netflow

I've been following your Cisco and prtg tips but sensor status it´s unknow. Netflow sensor status only change to up if I run prtg netflow generator. Netflow tester show this message "Could not bind socket. Address and port are already in use". This Netflow sensor just worked 2 days and then goes down. I really enjoy monitoring with this eficient tool PRTG network monitor. Please I need help with this issue.

Hello,

please check with our free Netflow Tester to make sure that your router sends the data any longer. You can find a KB article regarding this topic here:
