We upgraded PRTG and now some of our sensors are showing WMI connection timed out

We did an upgrade of PRTG and then we added around 3000+ sensors from the scan and now some of our servers are showing a warning with WMI connection timed out. Anyone else seeing this issue and if so what is the fix for this? Thanks

Hello,

it would be good to know more details about your PRTG setup. How many sensors you have in total, how many of those are WMI Sensors? Are they distributed over multiple PRTG Probes? What is the 'average' scanning interval on the WMI Sensors? These both things, multiple Probes, and longer scanning intervals, might actually be remedies already for the issue.

Best Regards.
