"Other" position on Netflow Top connections

In top connections, the position using the most bandwith is "other" it does not have a number designation like the rest of the top connections.

In the chart, the position is "other" and the Source IP, Source Port, Destination IP, Destination Port, and Protocol are all blank. The only other column that is populated is "Bytes".

I generated a log and defined all protocols that were in the log and am still seeing this "other" category.

Any idea what this is?
