Renaming Multiple Sensors

Is there a way to rename multiple sensors at once per device? We are in the process of tweaking our naming convention in our PRTG 7 environment but its a tedious process having to change the name per one sensor at a time.

Could this be setup through a template?

Any help or input in this matter is greatly appreciated.

hallo, there is no template for this at the moment, sorry.

you could use an editor to edit the configuration file (which is XML) manually.

But be sure to make a backup before you start!

The configuration file includes all configuration entries, i.e. all groups, devices and sensors.
