Hy !!

I´m Monitoring an pcmeasure environment which brings negative Data (deep-freeze room) about minus 17°C. PRTG 8 is showing me Datas about 4.294.967.138 Degrees. In PRTG ver6 i found an setting "Allow negative Data" which corrected the Data. In ver 8 I can´t find such an setting.

It´s a library Sensor importet from PRTG 6 via a upgrade to ver7 and then to 8. but i also added the sensor as new sensor like the PDF you´ve made for PCmeasure.

Please forward us your "PRTG Configuration.dat" configuration file (located in the data directory, as defined under the "Core Server" tab of the Server Administration tool) to [email protected] so that we can have a look at it. Please mention this knowledge base article in the respective mail.
