How do I transfer the data / database / snmp device settings from one pc on C drive to new server?

Votes:

I am currently running PRTG ion an XP workstation with the program files and data on the C drive and have purchased a Windows 2008 server to run it on - I will install the program and data files on D drive

What is the best way to migrate the data / settings from the old system to the new server?

Do I just back up the data from C on the old workstation and restore to D on new machine after having installed the program files on D? many thanks
