ping sensor max-time msec result

when I'm using the prtg software the stadistic for the ping sensor (max time) is different when I'm using the ping command in msdos console windows

Please see question: DNS sensor too high ms

The Ping command on Windows command line does not regard DNS resolution as part of the Ping time, PRTG currently does.
