Avoid Frequent Auto-Discoveries

Depending on the configuration, an auto-discovery may scan your entire network and therefore produces a considerable load. To optimize performance, you should minimize the number of scheduled auto-discoveries whenever possible. In particular, do not schedule an auto-discovery to run every hour. If possible, set the discovery schedules to Once and run auto-discovery manually when needed.
