I d/l'd what I thought was a port sniffer, it turned out to be far to complicated for me to understand... I uninstalled 'all it's components' and was left with the above file in system32/config...when trying to delete it, it says it is not possible to do this, as another person/program is using it....

I cannot find any program using it.. How do i delete it?

delete evt prtg

Hello,

this seems to be unfortunately a problem. This is actually a eventlog for PRTG, and under Windows 7 (most likely as well in Windows 2008) it's possible to delete it in the Windows Eventviewer. But not in the previous Windows version. But there will be no activity caused by this, it will be just an empty log. We will of course look into this.

Best Regards.
