Differing results between cluster nodes

Votes:

0

I have a two node cluster setup. I'm seeing sensors with differing results for the same time frame. For example today I have an SMTP traffic sensor where it is showing as "OK" on one node and "Unusual Activity" on another.

Can anyone explain this? Is this normal or did I set something up incorrectly?

Thank you.

Hello Ted,

this is normal and intended that Cluster Nodes have their own monitoring results, as each node monitors all the time (except an object is paused of course). This ensures real clustering in the sense of a feast fail-over switch, but also represents different perspectives or routes to targets.

Best Regards.
