Hello,

'can not connect MX servers' means that the MX-Records are not properly configured for your domain. This is then not a problem within PRTG. Please also see Why don't I get notifications from PRTG? What are the Top 5 reasons for notification problems? for further Notification problems and tips to troubleshoot.

Best Regards.
