error message for notification



When system sent notification to list, get following error message: ' can not connect MX servers'

What cause it ? how to solve it?

'can not connect MX servers' means that the MX-Records are not properly configured for your domain. This is then not a problem within PRTG. Please also see Why don't I get notifications from PRTG?
