I had given the access rights for the user but if I want a access only for a specific interface; then what are the changes to me made.

Hello,

in PRTG 8 the steps would be:

  • Create a new user group.
  • Create a new user account in this group, please set the Primary Group to be the User group created in the step above.
  • The new user group (and the user account in it) will, by default, have no access rights to anything in the device tree but a newly create group called "Home Group for User Group...", please delete this group.
  • Navigate to the one particular sensor the user is allowed to see and edit the Access Rights in its Settings that the new User Group has read (or more) rights.

Best Regards.
