Can I add a sensor to many devices at the same time?

I need to put sensors WMI (Logged User / Last Up date) at 480 devices

Hello,

that might only be possible using Device Templates. Create the device template from an existing device with this sensor, and then edit the template that only this sensor is left in it. Then apply the template to all the devices necessary and run the auto-discovery.
