Error PE018 with new sensor type "Windows logged in users"

This weekend we installed version 8.3.1.2089. Because the "WMI Terminal Services" sensor still doesn't work (error message: "Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Server 2003 Standard x64 Edition" does not support TotalSessions (Field), ActiveSessions (Field)"), we tried the new sensor type "Windows logged in users". When users started to log in this morning, this sensor worked fine until about 30 users. After, it started giving error "Timeout, executable did not return. (code: PE018)". The workstation running core and probe service does not show any cpu or memory problems.

Hello,

have you tried restarting the PRTG PC/Server?

Best regards.

We just did for a second time, but it did not solve the problem.

Have you tried increasing the timeout-setting in the sensor itself (and then accordingly also the scanning interval)?
