Network port requirements

I setup PRTG in a server and able to access it via web interface (port 8080) from another server in the same subnet.

However, I am not able to access the web interface from another server in a different subnet, even though I confirm that port 8080 is not blocked between them. Are there other ports that need to be allowed in the firewall?

Hello,

for PRTGs webserver it's only the one port you specified in the PRTG Server Administration Tool, which should be 8080 in your case. If you can access PRTG from another machine in the same subnet, but not from another subnet, then it's definitively an issue in port-forwarding or similar.

Best Regards.
