I cannot install an PRTG server on Windows 2008 Server

when i install PRTG 7 on windows server 2008 SP2, i got error msg from windows (PRTG Server Administrator has stopped working) with problem details below:

so please help me on this and when the installation finished the PRTG prob can't connect with PRTG server (error 10061 connection refused) and if i want to run PRTG Server administration from start menu i got the same above error.
