I want to try this prior to purchasing and was setting everything up. When the section came up with the user name and password I changed it not knowing I was not supposed to. How do I correct this problem, I am really needing to test this out a.s.a.p Thanks ever so much and sorry for breaking the rules! Kelly

you can change the admin user and password in the PRTG Server Administratot tool on the PC you installed PRTG on.

take a look at the "Administrator" section.
