How do I resolve this problem?

All of a sudden today my main PRTG Network Monitor screen shows the CORE/PROBE HEALTH status as down. All other probes show UP.

I have rebooted several times with no change in results. I am not seeing any traffic data on the monitor.

What can I do to resolve this?

Hello,

you could send us some screenshots and the logfiles to [email protected]

You will find the log files within the data directory as defined under the "Core Server" tab of the "PRTG Server Administrator" tool, or in the following default paths:

XP/2003: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\V7\Logs (System)
Vista/2008/Windows 7: C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\V7\Logs (System)

Please be aware that it might also be a 'V8'-folder.

Best Regards.
