Hello, I had been trying to create a custom advanced sensor using VBS. The script launches a macro tool (opening the software) that executes a transaction on a web site. It also records the time of the steps of the transaction. I'm passing the times measured to prtg to send me alarms and create charts. The problem is even when the script works fine launching it froma a cmd prompt, PRTG isn't able to launch it, or at least that is what it seems. It returns a timeout disconnection message because the exe doesn't returns (code: PE018). I had raised the Disconnection timeout to a very high value and never get to see any results. Could anybody give me a tip on this issue? Thanks

Hello,
please bear in mind that PRTG, due to running as a service, can't open any Windowed applications which it sounds as you script does.
