Please try the Logfile Content Check Sensor available as of PRTG version 8.3.

Depending on your PBX it might support a MIB to get the status of the PRI... Ive done this with Cisco routers and I can get detailed info not only if its down, but information about what type of alarm it is... if your pbx supports snmp then check out my post for cisco and maybe it will be better than parsing a log file:
