How can I use the core/probe health sensor on other devices monitored by the remote probe?

I'm monitoring a couple servers at several remote locations. I've installed the remote probes and they are reading perfectly. I've also added the additional servers at the remote sites and they are reading perfectly as well. I love that the Core/Probe Health sensor that is automatically created triggers an alarm if that server goes offline and this is something I want on all of the servers I am monitoring.

I can't find that sensor in the list of available sensors for additional devices. Does it go by a different name or is there an alternative way to trigger an alarm when a server goes down?

Thanks for your help!

Usually, you would create a Ping sensor on each PRTG device. If the device does down, the Ping sensor will change into a red "Error" status. You can add any notification triggers to your Ping sensors.
