WMI Terminal Services (Windows XP/Vista/2003) Not Working

Votes:

I have 4 Terminal Servers with various WMI sensors working just fine on all of them. However, I can not get the WMI Terminal Service to monitor the number of sessions to work on 1 of the Terminal servers but this sensor is working on the other three Terminal servers. All 4 servers were installed and configured at the same time so there should not be any differences but obviously there is. I am getting the "Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Server 2003, Standard Edition" does not support TotalSessions (Field), ActiveSessions (Field) error. All 4 servers are running 2003 R2 SP2.

Dear Lance,

have you tried the tips from our "WMI Repair"-article The Repair List for WMI problems?

best regards.

I have decided that monitoring the other three servers will be fine. It is just not worth the effort to get that one sensor working correctly. Thanks for your time.
