SMTP Mail Relay using inbuilt PRTG server

I am attempting to use the inbuilt PRTG mail relay server. The target address is one of our own email addresses ([email protected]), but when I send a test message I get an entry in the log file "Status sending Email: "[email protected]" No MX records for the domain abtecnet.com.

The email is not delivered.

What would be causing this error?

Hello,

there is a problem for PRTG to access the MX-Records in your domain. You can test these with nslookup, please also try to use the option to specify the target mail-server explicitly.

best regards.
