Are there any plans to add a sensor for TACACS servers?

We support a lot of Cisco equipment that authenticates and and provides accounting information through TACACS servers (as opposed to RADIUS servers).

We do not have immediate plans for TACACS, but we have it on the wishlist for future versions.

FWIW, I am also interested in the availability of a tacacs sensor.

Hello John,

we thank you for your post but I'm afraid that there has been very little feedback regarding TACACS and TACACS+, it is unlikely that we'll ever develop a sensor for this niche/protocol. Alternatively, you may consider writing a custom sensor via script or exe and integrating the sensor with PRTG.
