Hi, I am upgrading from Version 7.4 to 8.4 and wanted to know before I start the upgrade if I am going to lose any historical data, Settings(Sensors , etc) and logs.

I know where the data is stored but trying to avoide restoring it if possible.

Thanks. Negar Farjadnia

Monitoring data and configuration will be kept. However, there might be a monitoring downtime of several minutes during backup, as databases will be converted on first startup of PRTG 8.

Of course we always recommend you keep a proper backup of all of your data.
