Billing Tool Output Folder Problem

Votes:

It appears the billing tool does not properly export the files to the chosen output directory. There is a genereated.html file that appears in the specified Template folder, but nothing it output to the output directory. The dialog box says that the report has finished.

Is there any way to get around or fix this problem without editing the source code and compiling it myself? This functionality is essential for our business.

Hallo,

which OS are you using?

I've tried it on the server that PRTG 8 is installed on (Windows 2003 Web SP2) and remotely from a Windows 7 machine. In both instances the same behaviour is observed. The generated.html file will show properly for the last report in the batch, but it appears they are not moved properly to the target folder or converted to PDFs.

PRTG 8 is running on Windows Server 2003 R2. I have tested the billing tool on both the server and another machine running Windows 7. In both cases the behaviour is the same - a genereated.html file appears in the specified Template folder, but nothing is output to the output directory.
