prtg probe disconnected status after network issue.

One of our multiple probes refuses to reconnect. We had a short network outage and since then this remote probe has remained in a disconnected status. Here is the remote probe log below.

It appears to connect, mind you, the settings have not changes, this was a probe that was functioning correctly. I have X out any confidential info.

please open a support ticket by sending a mail to [email protected]

please attach the Logs(system) folder from both your core server and the remote probe.

you will find them here
